Accessing Your Noke Smart Entry Unit at Stor-In-Dor

After you rent your Noke Smart Entry Unit at Stor-In-Dor, be on the lookout for an automated text from Stor-In-Dor with a 6-digit pin and a link to download the needed app to your smartphone. Enter the 6-digit pin as your temporary password, along with your phone number and desired phone number to set up your account, and make sure to select “OK” when prompted to allow the app to access Bluetooth (you will also need to allow Location Services on Android devices).

When near your unit, simply access the app and tap the icon to unlock your door once in range. It’s that simple!

If you are having trouble getting the lock to work, try these quick troubleshooting tips:

• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings
• Make sure Location Services is turned on (for Android users)
• If you’re having trouble obtaining a cell signal, make sure to launch the app outside when you have a signal before proceeding to your unit.

Have other individuals you would like to grant access to your storage units, like family members, friends, or fellow employees? Just go to the top right-hand corner of the app and select “Share Unit” to send a digital key to the new user’s cell phone.
