Yes, at Stor-in-dor we require all tenets to have some form of insurance for their storage unit. You can provide proof of your own insurance as you are checking out, or you can purchase one of our select insurance plans. We offer a few different options, so you are able to choose the best for your situation. Ask one of our storage experts which plan would best suit your needs.
Are locks provided or sold on site?
Yes, we sell a wide selection of storage supplies—including locks—in our storage offices. Choose from packing and moving supplies that include box cutters, packing tape, furniture covers, locks and more at our facility’s office today!
How do I pay my bill online?
Navigate to the top of our website, and you will see a button that says “Pay Bill.” Click this button to login to your account. From here, click on the storage unit in your account that you wish to pay the bill for. You can also choose to prepay for your upcoming month’s bill.

Yes, our storage facility offers convenient month-to-month rental arrangements. At Stor-in-dor, you will never be stuck in a long-term contract. Rent for a month, a few months, or find your long-term storage solution with us.
What discounts do you offer?
Currently, our storage facility offers a variety of storage discounts. Customers ages 65+ can receive our Senior Discount of 5% off monthly. Active duty military members can receive 10% off monthly. Thank you for your service! Additionally, when you refer a friend, you and your friend both receive $50 off your next storage rental. Yes, our storage facility does hold storage auctions. Auctions of storage units occur after fulfilling the state lien law procedure of someone who has not made a payment on their unit. Storage auctions aren’t our favorite side of the business, but they are a part of it. Can I live or sleep in a storage unit?

Can I access my storage unit at any time?
No, but our storage facility does offer gate hour access to storage units. Our facility’s gate hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
